Can we accuire new products?
Yes however, we only look within our current network for the product.

Our price listed is our best price available unless you are purchasing the entire pallet, then we can discuss a better price if applicable for that product.
Do you have a downloadable product catalog?
No we do not have a downloadable product catalog, but we do have a downloadable excel sheet that lists all of our products, our price and the UPC for that item.
What kind of merchandise does metro sell?
Metro offers a variety of name brand items, import and domestic. We cater to retailers, grocery stores, convenience stores, and other distributors, both local and nationwide. Our inventory includes grocery, beverage, candy, seasonal and party supplies, toys, office & school supplies, health & beaut, housewares, kitchen supplies, cleaning supplies, and hardware.
Can I buy only one piece?
We only offer single piece purchases of select candy. Every other item we do not offer single piece purchases of.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $10,000. Anything less all customers will pay shipping fee.

We have no MOQ, but we do have a minimum order requirement of atleast $500.
Do you offer dropshipping service?
No we do not offer drop shipping services.
Is Free Shipping only available for online purchases?
No, We Offer Free Delivery to ALL Local stores within a 30 Mile Radius. Beyond 30 Miles we charge a small fee of $30.
What if the product I ordered happens to be out of stock?
We can either refund you for the missing items or give you credit forward for your next order with us.

What do you need to create an account?
We Require a TAX-ID as well as a Valid Resellers Permit.
Does it cost be a member:
No we do not charge a membership fee. We only ask that you provide us with your TAX-ID and Valid Resellers Permit to begin purchasing from us.
Requirements for Amazon Resellers?
No. Except, if you would like to be tax exempt you’ll have to submit a form for the state in which you have it and will ship to. You can find the reseller certificate forms online. If you do not see a form for your state please use the multijurisdictional form.
What if I am out of the country?
We currently do not ship outside of the United States.
